Offering transparent communication through clear processes

Raiffeisen Schweiz

The Raiffeisen Group is a cooperative with over 220 independent Raiffeisen banks, making it the third-largest banking group in Switzerland. With Reform 21, a participatory process was initiated in 2018 to help the group successfully position itself for the future.

Due to Raiffeisen's complex, cooperative structure, transparent, clear and structured project communication with all stakeholders was particularly relevant. Together with our partner am4change, Calydo provided strategic and operational communication support for the reform project throughout its duration.

Development of the overarching lead stories and key messages

Since Reform 21 was initiated, Calydo has been responsible for project communications, helping decision-makers to prepare communication materials and ensuring adequate communication of the process and results through structured measures, workshops and information events. Thanks to the grassroots-level, participatory process and the accordingly inclusive communication, the project enjoyed a high level of acceptance at all stages.

Strategic and conceptual support and advice

In addition to Reform 21, Calydo supported the development of the Raiffeisen Group Strategy 2025 with printed and digital communications. This strategy sets out the group's vision for the coming years and formulates common goals and priorities for the cooperative's strategic focus. Both projects thrived on the detailed discussions with the stakeholders at Raiffeisen and the cooperation with long-standing BLC partner am4change GmbH.

“Calydo has been a great source of support for Reform 21. The team supported us throughout the project and ensured transparent, clear and structured project communication with all stakeholders. In doing so, they have laid the groundwork for everyone to work towards the same goal.”
