Zug Estates

The Aglaya garden high-rise building in the Suurstoffi area of Rotkreuz is the flagship project of Zug Estates AG and was built between 2016 and 2019. The high-rise is characterised by its green façades – the central element of the branding. The use of innovative digital tools helped it to stand out, aiding the exceptionally successful sale of the 85 owner-occupied apartments and demonstrably increasing efficiency.

With its unique green façades, Aglaya is also a pioneering lighthouse project for Zug Estates AG from an architectural point of view. The customised marketing concept was developed by Calydo, from the brand including naming to its implementation and application at all relevant touchpoints.

The unique selling point provided by the greenery formed the core element of the positioning together with the tonality, which was geared to the target group. The attractive and consistent brand experience was enriched with innovative tools such as the first online configurator to include a BIM interface as well as background interviews with the developers, architects and other key people. Digital marketing tools and agile planning of marketing activities enabled the acquisition of high-quality leads and efficient use of the marketing budget throughout the entire sales process.

First Swiss flat configurator with BIM interface

This was the first time that the configurator with integrated BIM interface had been used in a project of this kind, and it helped interested parties to select apartments and materials, reduced planning errors, and increased sales and construction processes. As a result of the use of the configurator, 90 per cent of the units have already been sold from plan, while communication between interested parties, owners and planners has been markedly simplified.
